What this website collects

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not include third party trackers. It has no database, and its contact form does not send your message to a server. When you press “Send by email” or “Send on WhatsApp”, your own email app or WhatsApp opens with your message ready, and nothing is sent until you send it yourself.

Like any website, the server that delivers these pages may keep standard technical logs, such as the address of the device that asked for a page.

What we receive when you contact us

If you email, call or message us, including on WhatsApp, we receive the details you choose to give us, such as your name, phone number, email address and what you are looking for.

How we use it

We use these details to reply to you, to provide the service you ask about and to keep a record of our dealings with you.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We may share the details needed to provide a service with the people involved, such as landlords, tenants, owners and buyers, and with the service providers and authorities that a transaction or tenancy requires. Email and WhatsApp are run by their providers under their own terms.

How long we keep it

We keep it for as long as we need it for the purposes above and for any period the law requires.

Your rights
